  • Customer : the natural person or legal entity who enters into an agreement with the webshop.
  • Webshop : the online store where clothing and related products are offered.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

Article 7 – Costs in case of revocation

The costs for returns are at the expense of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
  • Opened hygiene products (such as underwear).
  • Products that are custom made.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Article 10 – Conformity and warranty

  2. Any defects must be reported in writing within four weeks of delivery.
